What certifications do you have?
We hold HACCP, ISO 22000, FDA, BRC, IFS, Organic, Halal, and Kosher certifications, ensuring our products meet the highest international food safety and quality standards.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is one 20ft container (approx. 20-28 metric tons depending on the product). For trial orders, we can discuss flexible options — please contact our sales team.
What is IQF technology?
IQF stands for Individually Quick Frozen. Each piece is frozen separately at extremely low temperatures (-30°C to -40°C) within minutes, preserving shape, texture, flavor, and nutritional value without forming ice crystals that damage cell structure.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our IQF products typically have a shelf life of 24 months when stored at -18°C or below. Always check the packaging for the specific best-before date of each product.
Can you provide custom packaging?
Yes! We offer OEM/ODM services with custom branding, packaging sizes, and label designs. Our team can help you develop packaging that meets your market's requirements and regulations.
Do you provide samples?
Absolutely. We provide product samples for quality evaluation. Sample costs and shipping fees may apply, which can be refunded upon placing a bulk order. Contact us to request samples.
What are your delivery terms?
We offer FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP terms. Our standard delivery is FOB Shanghai. We can arrange door-to-door delivery for select destinations. All shipments are temperature-controlled to ensure product quality.
How long is the production lead time?
Production lead time is typically 15-25 days after order confirmation and deposit payment, depending on product type and order volume. Peak season may extend this slightly.
Which ports do you ship from?
Our primary shipping port is Shanghai. We can also arrange shipments from Qingdao and Ningbo ports depending on your logistics preferences and destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and Western Union. Standard terms are 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is available for qualified buyers.
Can I visit your factory?
We welcome factory visits! Our facility in Shanghai is open for scheduled tours. Please contact us at least one week in advance so we can arrange a comprehensive tour of our production lines, cold storage, and quality control labs.
